1.4.5 Machine Learning

Tasks:

• Explore machine learning-based approaches and their potential to   reduce the cost, increase efficiency and improve reliability of silicon solar   cells.

• Develop machine learning tools that support other activities in   Characterisation and Modelling.

• Work with solar cell manufacturers and use their large dataset to develop   tools to support efforts to reduce variance and improve yield on their   production lines.
