1.4.4 Simulation and Modelling

Tasks:

• Develop advanced simulation and modelling tools to support the   development of silicon solar cells, including definition of degradation   processes in n-type Cz and Ga-doped ptype, understanding field   behaviour of the complex new solar and model structures.
